Welcome to the Local Data Ecosystem

This is a prototype from iStandUK to illustrate how data from many sources can be read in real-time over the web, and linked to give a localised view.

The data is drawn from various Linked Data sources and endpoints.

How it works?

Please follow the tutorial to walk through how to

• create widgets

You can also make comments on the document, where we would like to hear

• feedback on the prototype and how it might be improved
• useful applications of real-time linked data

Standards

We use the proposed SHACL ( Shapes Constraint Language ) standard to define the classes, and properties in each dataset, and the relationships between them.
